As the makers of Albert's Meats, Green Valley Packing has the ability to be your private label producer. You can choose from many of our Fully Cooked Sausage products such as Kielbassi, Smoked Sausage, Andouille, Bone-in and Boneless Hams to label as your own.

Our Production Department can custom blend to your current formula or develop a new one for you. We have state of the art abilities to do exact weight and exact length sausage fully cooked or raw. We can custom size your boneless hams, whole, half or even ham quarters.
